i dont think you guys understoodt the point of this story. it WASNT to point out that the govt. is using it for distributing ILLEGAL content, but that they are using it to DISTRIBUTE THEIR OWN CONTENT to save bandwidth.
NASA is a large gov't agency, but it is hardly "the government." I'll be impressed when I see a non-progressive federal government agency use it for distributing tsomething not conducive to Bittorrent (unlike distributing and co-locating massive datasets).Misleading title!
