online.wsj.com — The US Government is trying very hard and very quietly to put all online adult websites out of business. The rules and regulations that the government wants all websites owners to adhere to are so confusing that essentially EVERYONE will be found guilty, hence they'll be out of business.

Adult film producers try VERY hard to keep under 18 girls out. Fact is that chicks under 18 don't usually apply for porno movies but the ones that are trying to get in lie to producers anyway. And Traci Lords? She had totally fake ID & everything. This law does nothing to 'protect children' at all. it's such BS

porn should be stopped, you want education about sex there's million other ways than post discus ting scenes on-line and nest horrible ideas in an innocent child's mind. I say stop the porn completely. Thanks!

It is a thinly veiled attempt to legislate morality, under the guise of protecting children, and it represents a denial of free speech to a segment of American citizens. If we make this about porn and adult entertainment, we will lose sight of the real issue. As the straight, female, mother of a young child, who has never spent a moment on porn on the Internet, I should be all for this. I'm all for protecting children, but 2257 doesn't accompllish that objective."One of the most sensible posts I've read
