Plus, ISPs are having the cost and policing of this whole clusterf**k dumped squarely on their doorstep. They are being expected to foot the bill as well as cancel the contracts of millions of their most valuable customers.I sense a surprisingly well-funded and organised consumer advocacy group springing up to slaughter this bill in the near future.

apologies, having just actually RTFA, I'm shocked at the scope of this proposed legislation. it would be almost funny if it wasn't so serious and so dangerous. I know it would be naive to think that our government (especially a so-called socialist government) would actually be looking out for the interests of the the people, but still...
