Bush's Gov't knows that most of the people who need the Grants the most are Scientists, Researchers, and Educators, and a large chunk of these people uses a Mac. So maybe they just want these Mac poeple to jump through more hoops to get the money......if they don't jump the hoops correctly, and/or by the end of the deadline....too bad for them...they lose out THAT'S one of the POINTS of this article and NOT that Mac people should switch. There's a reason why Scientists use Macs over PCs in their labs
