Just like all those names that sprouted up during the dotcom era...Don't worry. If history proves to be its usual reliable self, most of them will go away, and the ones that survive will just have funny names that remind us of their goofy early days. Kind of like 40-year-old former punks with the standard tattoos and piercings, now trying to hold down normal jobs.

I actually think this a good sign. You may recall that when Kevin 'Reliable' Rose was giving the low-down on the Apple Phone, he never referred to it as the iPhone. He obviously was aware that it would not be called the iPhone and so this lends more credence to his claims.

It only does it for US and Canada, because it's only really in North America where the notion of recipient pays for incoming calls / SMS works. The rest of the world it's the caller who pays for the phone call, unless the customer opts otherwise.

No, it's an ad because it's for some s**tty pay service that has a thousand easier and free-er solutions.
