I can believe it. Straight working all day just stresses me out. I take short, few-minute breaks every hour to check Digg, Twitter, Facebook, etc.. I also usually have Digg open in another window while I'm working, so I can pop over and refresh the Gaming section while I'm compiling or running a query.
