That would be easy. Just write a program that runs full screen, renders web sites (can just use some existing API), and have it always go to that website. Save as .scrGogogoogogogo
Do people no longer care about content? Are people just attracted to pretty colors and self generating content? BTW, it would make a great screen saver though...
