Well its official secrets russian style, same here in west the UK uses it, the official secrets act to cover up huge mistakes involveing lots of things they do to people,I know because they did it to my family 50 years ago at a Top secret research group lab called S.17 my dad was asked to build a small scale nuclear reactor simulator and he did.It caught fire twice exposing Trafford Park to huge amounts of radioactive contamination,it was pulled down placed in steel 44 gallon drums encased in concrete and dumped in the IRISH sea,I know because my dad was on the ship that did it and worked at the lab.But you never heard about it,or the poor people who lived rigfht next to it.my dad is dead now from radiation poisoning blind no fingernails on hands or feet his body hair fallen out he died a slow painful death, even in death they took pieces of him without asking his brain and eyes we found out 2 yrs later by letter saying it had been disposed of. check my youtube movie I made and put on here.
