This is an application that I'm starting to like because it really helps measure the influence of Twitter users. Since it's brand spanking new...all the people near the top aren't necessarily the "most influential" because there aren't a ton of users yet. But, rest assured, this tool is about to go SUPER VIRAL. You are going to start to see a lot of links from twitPWR and the more people who use it the more accurate it will be.It's not how many followers someone has on Twitter that determines how influential they are. Now-a-days, there are plenty of auto follow apps that it inflates how many real "followers" someone has. However, if someone is truly influential...their followers will click their links and this (to me) is a better measure of influence on Twitter.
