Of COURSE, why didn't I see it before?OBVIOUSLY the reason "emo" is in and not out is due to one teen fantasy novel.The emo subculture's popularity is definitely not due to the fact that it is perpetuated by thousands of ugly boys and girls who finally discovered that mass amounts of eyemakeup make them slightly more attractive.
