People don't seem to realize the far-reaching effects of our administration's warmongering. Obviously truckers do tho....and are feeling it as if they have holes in their pockets. I hate the idea of our store shelves being empty within 4 days but these Americans are losing their livelihoods because of the warmongering-initiated price hikes in gas making greedy corporations rake in record profits. I hope their strike helps people wake up and realize what's going on.......More info on our Non Energy Crisis from an oil industry insider: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=3340274697 ...

heck yeah! i hope enough long haul truckers do strike to get the attention they deserve, i used to drive a truck and it is not easy out their now, i dont talk much on the CB radio anymore but i do listen to it every day, and not any of them are very happy about the cost of fuel & insurance, they need some help until the situation with the exorbitant fuel prices are brought back in line to a reasonable price because the price of diesel (gasoline too) is just ridiculous...

When I saw the headline, I thought the strike was going to be because of Bush's plan being implemented to allow sub-standard Mexican Truckers freely operate in our country, drugged up on cocaine to stay awake, taking away jobs from our truckers, adn putting American lives on the road at risk. If the truckers strike, I would hope they'd cite those reasons as well.

It really does come down to it being a matter of US verses THEM - the THEM being the federal government ruling out of WDC.http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/asia/a ...This link above depicting the Communist Chines Police cracking a few skulls, being only a matter of degrees, really, that exists between what it is the Communist Chines does with its citizens (feeders/consumers/breeders/and goods - such as what any Marxist government views its citizens to be; nothing more, and nothing less) and what the progressive social government being advanced here in the Good Old US of A by the establishment out of DC.YOU GO - Truckers! As a former Truck Driver myself - I've always believed if anyone could help get America back on its feet and moving back toward our Nation's Constitutional Republican form of government given to us by our founding fathers, it would be the American Truckers...
