transmission.m0k.org— At last, a fast bittorrent client for OS X (it also runs on other unix-based platforms). Presently only at a 0.2 release, but already very fast and works great.

This thing really is fast! Been using it for a week now and have dropped all others hands down for speed.Stats are few but sufficient for fast downloads.Exactly the kind of code that could be... modularized... to fit into other applications... like web browsers.way to go guys!(BTW try googling for "transmission bit torrent")
ahh thank god this thing runs on OS X 10.3.9, I've been relegated back to Panther now that I've finally got my iBook back. It's /almost/ as fast as uTorrent on Windows, but I notice a bit of lag that I'm getting somewhere along the line that I don't get with uTorrent. Maybe I'll delve into the source and try to spot it sometime later today.C Bittorent Clients FTW. f**k Java's networking overhead.
