Trans fats are the worst kinds of fat. As you are going around in the supermarket, picking up items, look at the ingredient list. There is so much evidence that trans fats are unhealthy at any level. We must all make an effort to try to eliminate them from our diet. The restaurant industry is under fire because patrons have no idea what they are consuming. I say it is cheaper than a heart attack to change to a trans fat free oil.
