Am I the only one who doesn't want the iPod to become a mp3 playing, phone call making, picture taking, schedule handling, wi-fi sharing, flickr managing, pizza ordering, liquer opening monster?
Wow, yet another rumor of a mythical device that the Apple fankids want to make believe that it will be released. At what point will the general public start to see the absolute childishness of people that sit around and dream up fake products, waste hours making them in Photoshop, post them on websites, and make up stories that Apple will be releasing them. All the while knowing that the product is fake but still play acting that Apple really is actually making them based on their own fake rumors! And Apple users like to look down their noses at Windows and Linux users? I guess we just don't have time to play make believe games.
"Actually any die hard digger would already know that Apple has patented a "touchless touch wheel" for the new video iPod. This allows you to hover your thumb over the screen to turn the wheel."So? I can patent lots of stuff too, It doesnt mean that its going to be a REAL product.
"Another clueless Apple drone with a fist full of cliches. Here, play with this rumor story and a Photoshop mock-up. That will keep you busy for a few days."while his comment was not a proper reply (obviously biased) to your statement, your statment was completely biased aswell. While yes, there are alot of apple rumors, if you read engadget, you will find there are tons of other non-apple rumors. I have seen several microsoft rumors even on digg. People get exited by these meaningless, un-factual rumors, soley because they have come to rely on the quality of their apple products, and realise that, while there is little chance the rumor is true, raising awareness of the rumor may set off a spark to apple saying "wow, people really want an iphone...". You need to take a step back into reality, with your "only apple has rumors". Plenty of companies do. Quit bringing your trolling into a topic, because your comments are completely false. Oh, and I also find it funny you say:"I guess we just don't have time to play make believe games."When the only argument I have ever heard from a windows user is that it can play games. lmao.

Perhaps rendering the term "touchscreen" a bit useless... how about "hoverscreen?"
