Did you read any of the judges opinions? Or are you just assuming that the judge is an idiot, because that's what you want to believe?The judge was very technologically sophisticated. Read the opinions before you criticize. I find it ironic that everyone here always bashes on the judge for "not understanding the technology," while they also feel perfectly comfortable playing armchair lawyer without understanding the legal issues.
