100% accurate. All of these problems have occurred at my place of employment. Replace the word management for owner. It is a smaller company, 80 people or so but out of the 10 in management at the beginning of the summer only 3 are left and that includes myself. These problems will destroy a company like a flesh eating virus. I couldn't agree more. I am going to show this article to the owner. Hopefully he'll get the point before his business goes belly up. It's pretty sad when you can say yep to 9 out of 10 of them. The only one I can't say yes to is relocation. It's one thing to say yea to 1 or a few but 9 out 10! I gotta find a new job.
I live in a country where jobs are so scarce almost everybody has a university diploma, the fact is you can't get a decent job unless you have degree; people work extra hours for free and salaries are just plain ridiculous. People here don't just quit their jobs! we put up with everything on that list and more, but most of us try to make the best of it. Outsmart your boss by being nice and proactive, it will pay off, you´ll see.
