That blonde who was pulling the car in the BBC offices was seriously HOT! FYI it's episode 3.Aside from that, the entire feature was possibly one of the funniest I've seen on TG. John Humphries speeding around the office will be with me forever :)
its called a 2 stroke engine (hence the blue smoke) idiots its no more polluting than ya mums old ford escort, it wont finish smoking when the engine has warmed up it will just do it less because less oil is being burnt every cycle, pretty much all cars are 4 strokes hence they dont have blue smoke coming out of the exhaust, if the engine is burning oil and the exhaust fumes are blue the car has seen better days and is probs best in a scrap yard ;)

Given that it's little more than a bubble to protect you from the environment, and is much lighter than a typical golf cart, there *are* modern equivalents: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Velomobile (particularly the electric-assist ones... it's a bit bizzare, because other pedal/electric hybrids are more than three times the Peel P50's weight: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twike )
