#20 depends on what kind of workout you do. Cardio's nice and wakes you up in the morning whereas weightlifting pretty much keeps you from lifting anything heavier than a fork (or a beer) for a good chunk of the day
Good list, but he missed what I think is the best exercise innovation: overlap exercise and commute. By biking or running to/from work, you will save gas, money, CO2 emissions, traffic stress, parking stress, and, most importantly, TIME because you are commuting and exercising simultaneously!
Lame:- "Top" 40+ Tips? what about "all the tips i could think of"? - Hacks? you've got to be kidding me.- It begins with "You’ve read and enjoyed the Top 20 Motivation Hacks and Top 10 Productivity Hacks and the Top 15 Diet Hacks". Well no i didn't. So that dude is a motivation expert, productivity guru, diet expert and now a fitness trainer? what's next week, financial "hacks" or something? cmon!!
I've lost 40 lbs, by eating less, running, push ups sit ups, chin up. I've lost 30 of that in about 4 months. I eat less food at meals, if i'm at a buffet i only get one plate. I gave my self a goal weight to get down to, and i had two people help, one was a weight loss contest, both of us were trying to lose weight, there was no time table put on the contest. Then i also had a chin up challenge, another guy i work with wanted to get in shape and had noticed i was working out and decided that after to challenge me. So i kept working out and it's really helped. I've had girls telling me that i'm hot, which i find amusing and makes me feel really good.
