Why limit yourself to real-time data, why not just go for the gusto of scary awesome-scary bad and record all the real time data across the entire globe and let people view anywhere/anytime and create a UI to make it easy to follow events in both time and space.
I can't find the news source any more. I'm pretty sure Jeffco has it as an unsolved, but it's been a few years. The picture is taken in February, 2002 at about 10:00 AM. The fire was reported early in the morning as a Dumpster fire, but turned out to be a car with a body inside. I can also tell when the picture was taken by what's in my yard.

There are dozens. (Get out and get some fresh air and try them!)

they are not prepositions. They are prepositions acting as an adverb.
