I'm not writing the game off completely. But unfortunately THQ and GPG together have given me plenty of reason to be cautious about buying on launch day.
Because spending $260 dollars on a single component when you probably spent just as much a year or so ago is asinine. For 40 bucks more you can get a PS3 or 360.Add in the fact that unless you have the rest of the hardware to go along with that card you aren't gonna see any improvement anyway.I know so many people who say "oh im just gonna upgrade my video board" then a week later they realize they need to upgrade everything else to take advantage of it.
