educatednation.com— I have a set of Web sites / Web tools that I use on a regular basis. As a student, they’re handy because they either a) help me get things done or b) educate / inform me about things I need to know.

Yeah, because Macs now come with a free fax line!!!Oh wait...eFax is for the fax line, not the ability to receive faxes, which is also built into windows and has been since Me.
wow - a lot has changed in a scant 12 years since I was in college - we used a copy machine to share notes, a floppy disc to store documents, a calendar on the wall as a..er...calendar and study groups took place in person.
College students like me use tools that make their lives easier, like online file storage, social networking, etc. Writely only solves one/few inefficiencies for students. I prefer the site below because I can upload any file type to the site and its free (for 5GB). Plus, it integrates with MySpace, Facebook, and all other social networking sites.http://www.myDataBus.com
Lots of reasons why BlueDot.Us instead of del.icio.us:- You can more easily share your bookmarks (Dots) with friends.- You can comment and interact with friends about your dots.- You can share some dots privately with friends, and others can be public- Dots are more graphically appealing that del.icio.us bookmarks. You can say more, show a thumbmnail, etc. There is only one application that del.icio.us is better (now): You have a better idea of what the global community thinks about the URL you just bookmarked (and of course, there are more people currently on del.icio.us). But Blue Dot is better for communicating with the people you care about - your friends, family, and co-workers.
You see, delicious is made for tech savvy people who just want to save stuff for themselves. The key difference is that bluedot.us is for groups of friends who want to share what they find interesting. delicious is for lonely people, and bluedot is for people with friends. And most college students have friends.

Be sure to check out http://gradefix.com which is a smart scheduler that can help you decide what to study. It’s web-based so you can use it at home or on campus.
