all napping is power napping duh! So a nights sleep is a load of power naps all joined up.

I am a napping champ, apparently! The afternoon coffee + nap has been my routine for as long as I've been free to do so (ie. since starting uni) and it makes me feel more solid than I do after a full night's sleep. (Note that I said 'feel' there, pedants....it doesn't matter how rested I ACTUALLY am when it works for me, alright?)
