@numbick Absolutely. They don't have to "decipher" anything, they signals were recorded during PREVIOUS games. They had plenty of time to decide what there response would be BEFORE the game started. Most of the "right personnel" are already on the field. At the most they would sub one or two guys, which happens dozens of times every game. And that is easily done in under "40 seconds."
