Who the hell has bacon and omelets for breakfast? I have a coffee, and if I have time to slices of bread with dietetic white cheese. Then run to college because I'm out of time.
I don't see why people are digging you down? You're absolutely right. If you have a big breakfast full of carbohydrates like oatmeal, multigrain bread or anything low GI then you'll be able to burn it throughout the day and lose weight/keep fit. Just don't eat dinner full of carbs like pasta cause it will just turn to fat when you go to sleep.
the last recent health issue i heard about eggs is that there's a strong correlation between eating eggs and dying earlier for men; apparently, even one egg a week is too much.that said, it's only correlation and i LOVE my eggs so my dietary habits aren't likely to change soon.
I am the same, but I can stomach fruits and a little granola in the morning. I need large amounts of sugar as soon as I wake up or I don't really wake up. I also have a bad habit of downing a coke as soon as I wake up so I can actually get out of bed.
