You should try WinBuilder instead of BartPE. I love how the .script files integrate. It seems very smooth to get going, and you can use VistaPE instead of XP's PE.

I long for the days of StupenDOS, actually. I miss being able to select files individually with the spacebar, or tag them by a naming criteria, and then use a keyboard shortcuta to copy/move them to another location.Oddly enough, my favorite file manager is ACDSee Classic. I just love that program. Alt-M to move files, smart and fast duplicate file detection in the destination, and a full history of previous locations I've moved to, as well as a prompt to create a new directory if I enter a destination that doesn't exist. I've tried a lot of alternatives, and keep going back to it.Unfortuantely, it's abandoned and doesn't play well with Vista. :(
