I can vouch that this guy is not 1) a Spammer, or 2) Paid to promote content, etc....file under "Digg news"

In fairness to Digg.com, it may just be an new algo thing, but I hope Chrisek's account is brought back live, because he contributes to this community just as all of you who've taken time to submit a comment here or digg the story. My intention IS NOT to criticize Digg.com, just help bring back a friend.Has there been an update to the TOS? (where the hell is the TOS) ...Kevin, help? (/we want to be good little diggers)

I agree, the main goal is to get Chrisek back. However, how many of these are we going to have to do? Supernova got banned for submitting an article critical to Digg. I've had submissions removed simply because Digg leadership didn't like what they were about (even though they got tons of diggs).So I guess I'm saying, today it's Chrisek's account, tomorrow it could be mine and I think this issue needs to be addressed by digg leadership.

Indeed there needs to be some sort of email and/or explanation, I was banned pretty much for no reason but after asking I found out why and they unbanned me, but that's another story.
