web2.0 don't even exist like an network protocol so wtf, not even web1.0 so ...i don't understand, what i understand is web protocols to make understand to your browser some standards if this is capable to.
I don't think website owners should be blamed for their hosts lacking. Most sites were established pre-digg, so who could have estimated being slammed with that much traffic in such little time to pick a host that could handle it??
