There 303,250,096 million people in the US.151625047 of those are dumber than the other 50%.Out of these 31 million people being duped by dumb scams is not bad at all!You have to also factor in computer illiterate and elderly people, so only a small portion of Americans are REALLY f**kING STUPID. IMO.
