I personaly think Elliott Smiths self titled was his best of the 90s. Although most people seem to disagree.and no Pearl Jam? how can you have a 90s list with no Pearl Jam?

I agree, Just about every hip-hop album listed is great, but the most glaring omission for me was Mos Def- Black on both sides
