Funny...Conservatives can only blame Clinton or use him as an excuse. Didn't he have 37 Administration officials called before the Republican Congress? Including George Stephanopoulos....his policy advisor (Karl Rove I'm looking at you fatty)

Yeah, but Cheney has this vision of the imperial presidency.The irony is that for all their efforts to strengthen the presidency, the official is weaker because of their shenanigans.
