dbachrach.com— New Mac program that finds all of your applications and displays them in a fun and attractive window. It can be used as a launcher, but it looks pretty sweet too.

I can see how some people could find this useful, but probably only if they haven't learned how to use QuickSilver. When the article mentioned launching apps from the Dock, I wasn't sure what they were talking about. The QS launcher is so natural, you forget it's not a stock part of OS X.
I downloaded this and agree with most that it's a pointless app that seems half finished. Given that, anyone care to explain why it got over 500 diggs?
That brings up the utilities window. Pressing " Apple + Shift + A " will result in the applications window to open. (Note: these shortcuts only work while in the Finder)

I did the same thing. I installed it...it didn't find all programs and was INCREDIBLY confusing to use.

to start tigerlaunch automatically goto system prefs > accounts > login items - you can make any application you want start by itself

You could try Dragthing.<a class="user" href="http://www.dragthing.com/">http://www.dragthing.com/</a>
