nytimes.com— If there was one overarching theme from the Consumer Electronics Show here last week, it was that absolutely every device in our lives is becoming a computer connected to the Internet.

Is the fact that almost every device we use in life connects at one point or another to a power outlet mean that there should be some sort of free power service for Americans? Of course not. Why? Because that would be retarded. The basis of capitalism is that private enterprise can provide products and services cheaper than government can, owing to the effect of competition forcing companies to streamline and increase efficiency to survive. We would almost certainly pay twice as much in taxes for this "free internet" you dream of.So please, be quiet and stop saying things like this before somebody notices and it actually happens, because the last thing any of us need is for your thoughts to become reality.
He has SDTV...Standard. Like, the ones that started to get replaced in the 90's. Curvy glass in the front. Those are like 100ish now. (I checked online and BB and Circuit city seem to be phasing CRT televisions out all together...shame, hidef ones are nice)Your name is COD4, how the hell can you play PS3/360 games on those things? I've tried on my old backup tv. Looks like hell.
Comcast doesn't regulate bandwidth because they're "afraid" of free internet technology like this. In fact, that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. They regulate bandwidth so that a few morons running web servers or seeding torrents 24 hours a day doesn't f**king slow down the entire neighborhood around them. It's a serious drain on resources. Have some common sense.

Oh great, Internet on TV. This is a good idea in theory until your TV gets a virus and makes you watch Fox News for Hours on end.

As long as I can put red text on my blue background, I'm happy.
