Wow..never heard ANYONE getting busted/sniffed on emule. Its always the other p2p program LOLThough it does make me wonder how one could verify which archives/vids on emule are safe and which aren't. I always thought that you just avoid the ones that say 100% or 0%. Im assuming youre in the States..Canada here but Im sure they like to send letters to Canadian ISPs too
If you think that you're safe as long as you're not in the States, think again. Last month a man in Hong Kong became the first person in the world to be convicted of file sharing! He uploaded 3 movies and got busted. I guess if you're going to do it, be careful!
its speaks volumes about what thieving morally vapid assh**es are on digg, that such a comment is dug down. i hope all the retards who dugg this down end up with a lawsuit, its no better than what you deserve
I think some people are obsessed with downloading free content even when there isn't enough time in a lifetime to view or listen to all the content. I know a guy that downloaded the Garfield movie just because it was available online. I won't even watch Garfield when its free, let alone pay for it. http://www.clarksshoess.com

But if you follow some rules, there is no danger in file sharing.

Hooray for Sweden's Pirate Party! They host Relakks. It's impossible, or close to it, to get caught through a VPN. https://www.relakks.com/

I would suggest you to use some secure web based file sharing application.
