LOL.In all seriousness, I'm guessing he purchased Vista without checking if his hardware and software is compatible<a class="user" href="http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/windowsvista/buyorupgrade/capable.mspx">http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/windowsvista/buyorupgrade/capable.mspx</a>Oh well, $200 down the paper shredder for not be a informed consumer.
