cracked.com— First she says male comedy usually involves robots and sharks and bears. Then she characterizes Jon Stewart as going for cheap laughs? As much as we love 30 Rock, it is SO on.

They're both tree-hugging tofu farting c**k gobblers. I hope they both die of gonorrhea and rot in hell. And the oscars havent been watchable in 30 f**king years.
Actually the Daily Show is quite funny. Stewart is not on the same comic level as Tina Fey, but then the average person believes that men are funnier than women, so there will most likely never be a fair assessment of that. I don't think John has gotten less funny, but I am a little taken aback at his recent display of misogenistic tendancies. I hope it's only because he is blatantly enamored with Obama and not actually a member of the Female Woman Haters Club. I think he and his writers have been quite biased toward Obama--I'm not sure if it's because they are self-proclaimed supporters of the Obama camp, or if they are just afraid that if they attack Obama the way they attack Clinton, they will be perceived as "racist." I think that comedy loses something when it is steered by fear. I think the stewart group is afraid, I'm just not sure if they are a) afraid of being seen as racists, b) afraid of alienating their Obama audience, c) afraid of seeming weak by portraying women as equals to men, or 4) just afraid. Whichever it is, you can smell the fear.

Sensitive. Real meaningful contribution there.

And you'd have to be pretty stupid to go to a comedy show when you're not in the mood for laughter...

To be fair, there's not as much room to actually /be/ sexually provocative anymore on TV without getting fined to death.
