time.com — Time magazine's Web site on Monday will launch a new design, 24/7 news coverage and a news aggregation blog, The Ag. The first issue of the newsweekly with its new on-sale day, Friday, is going on sale. "The news environment has shifted," observes managing editor Rick Stengel.
