The new AirPort Utility software comes with some neat tricks for the network-phobic, and we're learning the ins and outs of adding external drives, using networked printers, and setting up that potentially nasty initial data dump.

Well, considering it can be used as a wireless networking hub without an internet connection, I don't think you would have to worry about it. Just turn it on and set it up without connecting to the internet, and it will work just fine.
