I wouldn't say that you cant put on that kind of weight. As you get older your going to gain weight. I'm not saying Bonds didn't take roids, the visual evidence seems to show he did. But I'm not sure what happened to innocent until proven guilty. With or without roids hes still a hell of a ball player. You have to give him some credit. I still don't like him, but i think he doesn't deserve to be targeted when there are a lot more players juicing too.
I hate barry bonds and i hate cheaters. he doesnt deserve the home run king title over hank arron. i'll just wait for alex rodriguez to conquer the title even though i cant stand the yankees or him as a yankee. But A-Rod's title as the HR King wont be a joke like bonds
His HR per year kept increasing even into his thirties when most most players are in a slight decline. The only other exceptions to this are McGuire and Sosa. Coincidence?
First 228 is hardly bodybuilding size. Second it is not hard to gain muscle mass after 35. Anyone can put on mass by eating correctly (chicken, tuna, extra protein) and lifting with heavy weight and low reps. Me - 21 years old, 165, now 44, lean 255.
I had give you a thumbs down. After you said that you gained 50lbs of muscle in one year, I was waiting for you to pimp a supplement and it never came.
This article should have provided the evolution of his cap sizes. (edit: maybe "cup sizes" would be a funnier posting)Also, WTF is "Runs Per At Bat"? So in 2001, Bonds was responsible for only 6.5 runs for every 1 of his at bats?Sports statistics were America's only hope for raising children who don't suck at fractions and decimals, and now that's flown out the window.
