RIAA what a FN Joke! They would of had to gag me if that was my verdict I would of thrown out a 50$ bill and said here is your 99cents for each song plus penaltaies now Go F yourself.
Would have been funny if the jury had awarded damages of $0.99 per song uploaded, and placed the burden of proof on the plaintiffs to produce evidence demonstrating that other users downloaded the same music the defendant uploaded. Good luck proving THAT...All that work for a guilty verdict but no money for the RIAA and their goon squad. I think that would be appropriate.

This is terrible!I hope word of this spreads far and wide, and smears the reputation of the recording industry and the RIAA.
