That doesn't mean he should be charged with attempted murder charges or some other ridiculous charge. The police love to sling things charges to see what will stick in court. They do it all the time. They charge someone with 14 charges in hopes that two are three will not be thrown out. No one said the man shouldn't get a ticket. They said he shouldn't be charged for making a mistake. Yeah, you've never been so pissed off that you wanted to punch a wall... It was probably a bad day, and good guys - contrary to popular belief - do speed off, sometimes... Sure, give him a ticket for the obvious, but come on, don't look for s**t.
This needs to happen every time someone gets a ticket. I'm so f**king tired of cops being used to tax people. Yeah if someone is going 90MPH then they need to be forced to get them self in check. But speed traps and tickets for going 10 over proves that it's nothing more then a tax.
