You are correct. In college my buddy and I used to get pulled over at this place all the time, it was ridiculous. Two white kids with long hair in a Sentra, guess they thought we were weed dealers. Surprised they caught these guys though, the place is rarely open nowadays since they focused all their attention on the actual border.

Wow! I drive through that check point all the time at all different hours and I have never been stopped once, nor have I ever seen them pulling anyone over.

Probably some bundles are 5k bundles of 10s, most 10k of 20sOr that picture was taken before they decided to only report 400k
