We had one of those chairs at the booth of the game company I work for (www.paleoent.com), and we had it running our game MOB. Let me tell you, that chair draws a crowd like nothing I've ever seen before. It has THX surround, webcam, air filtration system, fully adjustable seat, lights all over, touchpad controls, and the spine thing uncurls to let you in and out of the machine.The computer is a separate thing, could even be hooked up to a laptop. The three screens are treated as one monitor, so the start bar goes across all three screens, and all games will just use all three screens, no special settings needed.
I'm sorry for 40K I can pay someone for fabricate a better one with a much better computer installed. These people must be retarded if they think they can charge 40K for this. Its not like this a new concept (that is a "pod" like chair with some monitors built in).
