verbatimsolutions.com— Forget Babelfish - this is the best one I have used yet. Translates in real-time on a per-word basis as fast as your text is entered. You can also put in up to 2000 characters at once.

For those who don't know, "Hello" in Mandarin Chinese is "Ni Hao", which literally translates word-for-word as "You Good". It is short for the more personal "Ni Hao Ma", which is also how you would say "Are you good?". If you wanted to say "You are Good" in Chinese, you would say "Ni Hao", same as "Hello". This illustrates the problem of trying to translate without considering the context.
