I don't know if it's done this to anyone else... it bricked my iPod mini. Bricked. Thing won't turn on, even to disk mode. If anyone has any ideas, please email me at caleb.marcus@gmail.com
@curtissthompson"Somebody find or make a version that is compatible with the ToDo list feature or something in all iPods and convert Wikipedia to that, and then submit it to Digg PLEASE!"I think this is what your looking for but it uses notes and the following explains the limitations of that.Apple FirmwareThe iPod software only reads the first 4 KB of any text file in the Notes/ directory. The remainder of the file is ignored. The iPod software only reads a total of 1000 text files from the Notes/ directory. While it's easily possible to place a lot more text files on your iPod, the software will only read the first 1000 files and ignore the rest. These restrictions have applied to older models for quite a while, and they still apply to the new 5g iPod. Retrieved from "<a class="user" href="http://ipodlinux.org/Wikipedia">http://ipodlinux.org/Wikipedia</a>"You can still do some neat stuff with ipod notes though, linking to other files and music etc. Jsut dont expect to get a large library of stuff in them.
This is honestly one of the niftiest things I have seen all year. It works perfectly on my iPod, and it is a chunky black and white 20gig. Everything I have searched for has come up, even my school. Installation was a breeze. Worth buying an iPod JUST for this. Very Happy :]
A Plucker version is coming... I've had to put the project down for 2 years to focus on my divorce [grin]. I have it all working (without images of course), and I'm testing all of the builds and build scripts this month. Once I get it pared down and workable on the Palm, I'll be putting them up for sale on the website. Stay tuned, announcements will be forthcoming.

For the not found errors: when you go to enter text, it enters a space automatically, so delete that space then search, which should sort you out. :)
