theproguy.com — New list of the top 50 most expensive Google adwords as of September 11, 2006. The most expensive one is as much as $69.16 CPC (costs per click!). I found it rather amazing that these keywords are much more expensive than, say... even keywords like private yachts, jets, luxury homes and so on!

The whore absolutely had to mention "September 11." The whole page is a mere attemp for a better PageRank. This whole SEO thing made internet a stinky place.

Well I clicked two student loan consolidation ads on the page. That's $135 right there. I want to see a follow up article on the fallout from google.

I've got to ask - what is the "Kevin Rose effect"?

That's called cloaking, and will ban your site from being indexed by Googlebot altogether. You might still get to keep your AdSense account, but without Googlebot to index it you'll be getting nothing but public service announcements, which don't pay jack. Not to mention you'll never turn up in a Google search again.http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35769 (Look under the Quality guidelines - specific guidelines)
