salon.com — Greenwald lays out the obvious ulterior motive that neo-conservatives have in keeping US forces in Iraq: War with Iran. It is time to stop assuming honesty on the part of Occupation Supporters, particularly the Kagans and Kristols of the pundit set. These people were willing to lie the public into one unnecessary war, why not two?

The only way to end this nonsense conclusively is to impeach Bush and Cheney. That is the battle to fight.

If you've read the Project for a New American Century's defense review, you would know that war with these countries is inevitable with neo-cons in power anyways.

Exactly right. Tell your congress people that if they don't impeach, they won't get your vote, period. To ignore illegal activity when their responsibility is clear is to be complicit as far as I'm concerned.

@Scientician:"In addition to digging, this, consider asking your member of Congress to include a restriction on war with Iran in the next Iraq war supplemental."But you KNOW what the administration's answer to this will be: "Creating a restriction against war with Iran will only embolden Iran and cause them to attack our troops."robofetus and entropyman are right. Impeachment now! It's not as if they haven't broken laws--Geneva conventions, illegally wire-tapping US citizens, politicizing the Justice Department, pre-emptive war, the list goes on and on. Hell, he should be impeached for the simple fact that he has failed to catch the one terrorist responsible for killing over 3000 Americans: Osama Bin Laden. That alone should merit reason enough to fire his arrogant ass.
