Dick and little Shrub are just smoke and mirrors. They either try to blur our vision from seeing the truth or they turn the attention on their enemies, often pointing the finger and calling names that they themselves should be called before the others get it out. a word about the UK's millions of cameras (from a Brit), minimum wage operators and not enough, broken or badly setup cameras, records onto the same tape too many times so video is worthless.its mostly a con, but sells cameras and monitoring systems by the container load.When people get mugged, the police generaly find the videos worthless for identification.

Also cameras are generally put in poorer areas to intimidate the residents.its a social engineering system really.
