the over 2 years thing is ridic, honestly every one I know has a cell phone and pays the same amount over the course of 2 years. If its a blackberry, a razr, a flip they got as a promo, the difference is a few hundred dollars maybe. And if thats a problem for some people they obviously shouldn't be spending money on a higher end smart phone.

AGREED!! its sad how far behind the US is the quality of our mobile networks - the FCC should have forced all American operators to adopt GSM back in the early 1990's when the EU did so to European operators.GSM = freedom
