Maybe but one developer is laughing all the way to the bank on the $1m per month he makes off his kids game for the iPhone. Now, the iPad, which can run the same 140,000 apps as the iPhone and more, has an SDK - <a class="user" href="http://digg.com/programming/Apple_unleashes_iPad_SDK&quot; rel="nofollow">http://digg.com/programming/Apple_unleashes_iPad_S ...</a> Windows tablets need an engineering re-spin to get fully day usage off of a battery charging and the HP slate is not coming out anytime soon. If it is lucky, it will be out this year. Windows Mobile is getting a big do-over this year and so its next version will not be out until next year. The iPad sails right by both of them next month.

Yeah, accept for having fewer apps, less tech support, and basically the same OS. Linux and FreeBSD UNIX are pretty much the same OS. FreeBSD is a little ahead of the game in the area of networking. Take a look at the sales figures. Android is doing way better than Windows Mobile, but it's still way behind of iPhone on number sold and sales rate. The other thing is, Android OS is not in a tablet, is it?

@JohnnySoftware I have the Archos 5 imt (with android), and I have to say the 160g HD and the 5 inch screen make it the best device I have ever bought.
