Why do we insist on dividing a host of individuals with unique personal values into two [or maybe three] opposing groups?It's time to throw off the old system of political labeling and adversarial conflict that our parents use.We are all different. I refuse to be shoehorned into the existing political molds. They do NOTHING but limit choices, limit perspectives and promote an 'us versus them' mentality that severely impedes the ability to solve social problems in an objective manner.

@Y2JCrisisI'm hispanic (Cuban) and I don't hate democrats or any Kennedy, neither does anyone in my family. If anything, my family despises Bush (and now republicans).

My parent's are split on their party affiliations. They left it up to me to choose which party I felt more comfortable with and I was in now way pressured by either to choose their affiliation.

Just gotta hope that more and more kids whose parents are hard-core conservative bible-f**king repubicans open up their eyes and realise that white supremacy is not king anymore, and so they ought to think twice about keeping the ignorance going.

Actually Jojo, I embrace abortion in certain situations. Folks who think its always unfavorable to have an abortion or to allow abortions usually believe in an afterlife and are religious. If you believe that our only existence is here on Earth, the abortion problem becomes less of a problem. I think it is more humane, and more responsible for someone to have an abortion if they know that they cannot properly provide for a child. If the child is most likely to grow up in misery, be abused, or molested, or prostituted by its parents....or even if the parents do not want children, or the woman does not want to give birth, i say abort. It is more responsible to avoid all of that, than to bring a child into the world who you will a) abuse and who will end up being a burden on society as an adult, and miserable him/herself or b) be unable to care for and will become a burden on society socially and financially. @apzdsx, don't take my cubans comment to mean "all cubans".. I didn't say "all" cubans hate democrats, but historically cubans have opposed democrats politically, since Kennedy took office. As a group.. not every single individual cuban. I'm sure the republicans have scared away plenty of cuban voters themselves.

Um...yeah. The 200+ million in the blue states suddenly overwhelmed by some of the least populous states in the Union...The blue states don't need to have birth rates that high and they'll still outgrow these states.And...I call bulls**t on the 4/5 kids ratio. 4/5 kids don't vote.
